Our hand-built Finnish-style barrel sauna reaches 90°C and is fired by a traditional wood stove. Step out into the natural cold plunge pool — fed by filtered rainwater and maintained at a bracing 10–15°C year round. The contrast protocol — heat, cold, rest, repeat — is one of the most effective wellness practices known.

The Contrast Protocol
Simple, ancient, transformative.
Heat
Enter the sauna at 80–90°C. Stay for 10–15 minutes. Let your body sweat.
Cold
Plunge into the cold water pool. 2–3 minutes. Breathe deeply. Stay calm.
Rest
Wrap up, sit outside, breathe the air. 10 minutes of total rest.
Repeat
3 rounds is ideal. Your nervous system will thank you for weeks.
